Psychotherapy refers to a range of treatments that can help with mental health problems, emotional challenges, and some psychiatric disorders. It can provide help with a range of problems, from depression and low self-esteem to addiction and family disputes. Anyone who is feeling overwhelmed by their problems and unable to cope may be able to benefit from psychotherapy.

Using an eclictical approach for treatment, clients will be empowered to make appropriate choices and acquire life skills. Consequently, focusing on helping them manage/overcome mental and emotional issues as well as disorders, and other problems that may interfere with their family life, relationships and careers. Clients are provided with the support and guidance to understand their problems and are equipped with the necessary skills and strategies to solve them, maintain healthy life styles and build strong relationships.

Fadwa Lkorchy is an American board certified psychologist living and working in Dubai. Fadwa was born in Morocco and grew up in the United States of America within a diplomatic and culturally diverse community in Washington, D.C.

She received her Master of Science degree in human development psychology from Johns Hopkins, one of the world leading universities.

Fadwa collaborated with and offered numerous trainings to ministries and several other governmental bodies in the UAE. She also had several appearances in multiple TV channels and was featured in major newspapers and magazines in the Middle East region.
