What can I expect?
During the first session or two I will work with you to identify and in the appropriate situation diagnose the difficulty you are having. This is the assessment portion of treatment, and is important to put a treatment plan that is effective and addresses your concerns.

How long are the therapy sessions?
The individual sessions are 45 minutes long and the sessions for couples are 80 minutes long.

Am I covered by insurance?
Most major insurance companies cover the services offered, but that does not necessarily mean that your personal plan cover your treatment. Please check with your insurance company.

How does payment work?
If your insurance plan does not cover the services offered, then payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard or cash.

How do I book an appointment?
Please call us at +971 (0)4 259 0616 to make an appointment, or alternatively fill out the contact form, you will get a call back with the availability and a confirmation of your booking.

What if I can't find an appointment?
We do have a waiting list available, so in case you couldn’t find an appointment, please ask to be placed on the waiting list. You will receive a phone call once there is any availability due to reschedules or cancellations.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call the center 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to make the change. If you were not able to make it to your session and a cancellation notification has not been received prior, then you will be charged for the full session. Kindly remember that other clients who need help will be looking for appointments and/or on the waiting list and it is important to notify us about any changes in your appointment so we can make it available for someone else.
